Recently Purchased: Halloween

The 2 Euro Shop (and Dealz) are selling awesome Halloween decorations this year. I bought (and my boyfriend bought me) a few things that not only will be great for halloween but I'm definitely keeping in my room year round! :D

My boyfriend modeling one of the two skull mugs we got at the 2 Euro Shop :P

A little light up ghost I got in Dealz! I don't think he was even €2. He changes colours as well and is very cute in my window :)

Some awesome temporary tattoos from the 2 Euro Shop! A Kitty on my boyfriends arm and a Bat for me. Steve's didn't last long because of the hair on his arm but mine lasted nearly 2 days. There is 48 tattoos in a pack. Cats, Bats, Pumpkins, Ghosts, Witches and Spiders!

Little badges that flash when you turn them on. I thought they'd be pretty crappy but the flash on them is so bright!

Halloween ornament that is well worth the €2 cos its really heavy and has glitter on it.

My boyfriend surprised me with these awesome skull fairly lights that I put over my door!

I have some window sticker decorations as well but haven't got them up yet but when I do I shall take some photos! It's incredible hard not to buy all the cute and awesome Halloween decorations for so cheap! Especially if you're like me and will use them year round ;)

ModCloth Pick - Winter Coats

I've been browsing ModCloth and here are my favourite Winter coats.

Cocoa Shavings Coat by Ryu
I love the colour, the cut and look at the swirls! Alas tt's $134.99 :( Maybe Santa will bring it to me?!

Far Off Village Coat by Jack by BB Dakota

It looks so snuggly and comfy.  I love the pattern and the buckles, it's got a hood and it's cheaper than the previous offering but only slightly @ $92.99

Trick or Treat Tweed Coat by Pink Martini
In the picture it just looks brown but if you go to the site and zoom in you can see the lovely Autumnal colours woven through the fabric of this coat.  It's really old fashioned looking and that's what I love about it. Yours for $174.99

Noticed Every Day Coat by Yumi
This 60's style coat is one I'd love for Christmas, it's sooooo pretty and sleek.  I love the cute little bow detail on the pockets. This is $149.99

It's All Happening by Mink Pink

Surely inspired by Penny Lane in Almost Famous oh man this coat, if only I had a time machine and a tour bus.. Or a time machine tourbus? hmmmmmmm........ It has PURPLE LINING FOR GODS SAKE!  $134.99 for a piece of 70's hippy awesomeness.

Off to the Ballet Coat by Tracey Reese
They say 70's inspired I say Beatles Inspired. It reminds me of the Sgt. Peppers outfits if a little more refined and luxurious. This is 'Coming Soon' according to the site and it's very pricey $367.99 but very worth it, I'd imagine it's something you'd have for a long time.  The rich colours, brocading and velvet trim are beautiful.

Etsy Finds #1

I'm addicted to Etsy. I can never seem to stay off it. It has some of the most amazing handmade jewelery and bits and bobs that you'd never find anywhere else. Here is a collection of awesome things I've found on Etsy! :D

Beetle Brooch
This is my favourite Etsy find this week. Turquoise is one of my favourite colours and I've been searching for an awesome piece of Beetle jewelery!

Jack Nicholson Earrings
I don't think I even have to say how amazing these are.

I Love Moustaches Acrylic Necklace
It's true, I do.

Black Hair Bow with Neon Green Bats
I'm loving these type of hair ties/bows recently. The neon green bats are too awesome!

Fox Head Ring
And I'll leave you with this incredibly cute fox head ring. The size of the ring is adjustable and I just love that the fox head isn't oversized, it's a nice little cute size on your finger! Its far too cute!

J.K. Rowling's New Book!

To start off I should say I've never read a Harry Potter book, but today it has caught my attention that J.K Rowling is releasing a new book.  This will be her first novel for adults and it's called 'The Casual Vacancy'.  I'm not sure why but I'm excited about this (maybe it's me picking up the vibes from millions of Potter fans around the world squealing in anticipation of some new fodder?!)
Okay, so the synopsis courtesy of Rowling's website is as follows;
When Barry Fairbrother dies unexpectedly in his early forties, the little town of Pagford is left in shock.
Seemingly an English idyll, with a cobbled market square and an ancient abbey, what lies behind the pretty façade is a town at war.
Rich at war with poor, teenagers at war with their parents, wives at war with their husbands, teachers at war with their pupils…Pagford is not what it first seems.
And the empty seat left by Barry on the parish council soon becomes the catalyst for the biggest war the town has yet seen. Who will triumph in an election fraught with passion, duplicity and unexpected revelations?

You know what that reminds me of? Hot Fuzz!  Sounds interesting so I shall endeavour to read it and return with a review in the near future.

Bye for now,
Kerrie.
